Continuing Behavior Support TX is a nonprofit ABA provider serving young children and families across Southeast Texas. We deliver in-home, evidence-based behavior support with a strong emphasis on dignity, collaboration, and local community connection.

We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.

About the Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

RBTs provide direct ABA services to children and families in their homes, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA / BCBA).

This is a part-time, hourly position, with opportunities to grow as the organization expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

  • Collect accurate session data and complete session notes

  • Collaborate respectfully with caregivers and supervisors

  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings


Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Current RBT certification or actively working toward certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Ability to work with young children and families in home settings

Preferred:

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Comfort receiving feedback and participating in ongoing training

  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish)


Service Area

We currently serve families in:

  • Jefferson County

  • Chambers County

  • Galveston County

Applicants should live in or near these areas, or be willing to travel locally.
