Help Expand Access to Early Autism Services in Southeast Texas
Your support helps young children with autism receive life-changing therapy when it matters most.
Early Intervention Matters
The Need
Families in Southeast Texas face significant barriers accessing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for young children with autism:
- Long waitlists at existing providers
- Limited services in rural counties
- Financial barriers even with insurance coverage
Research shows early ABA intervention dramatically improves outcomes for children with autism. The first five years are critical, but too many families can't access services during this crucial window.
Our Solution
How we're closing the gap.
- Serving three counties in Southeast Texas where services are scarce: Jefferson, Chambers, and Galveston
- Quickly expanding to Liberty, Hardin, and Orange counties
- Bringing therapy directly to families, eliminating transportation barriers and providing services in the child's natural environment
- Licensed behavior analyst supervises all services, with rigorous documentation and audit-ready practices to ensure sustainability
Where Funds Go
- Direct Services: Therapist compensation, clinical supervision, and assessment materials
- Bridge Capital: Your donations help us manage the 60-90 day lag between delivering services and receiving Medicaid reimbursement
- Capacity Building: Training, compliance systems, and quality improvement

About company
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We are applying for 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Once approved (currently 6-12 months), donations may be tax-deductible retroactively to our formation date. We'll provide documentation for your records.
How will my donation be used?
Donations bridge the gap between when we deliver services and when insurance reimbursement arrives (typically 60-90 days). This allows us to maintain staffing and serve children without interruption.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We're enrolled as a Medicaid provider, which means most family services are covered by insurance. Donations help us sustain operations during reimbursement delays and serve families who need additional support.
Can I donate in honor or memory of someone?
Absolutely! Please include a note with your donation, and we'll send appropriate acknowledgment.
Can I specify how my donation is used?
Yes, that's possible. Please reach out at board@continuingbehaviorsupport.org so we can discuss and make sure we're ready to meet your requirements.
Every Child Deserves a Strong Start
Whether you contribute $25 or $2,500, your support helps us serve one more child during the critical early years. Together, we're building access to evidence-based autism services in communities that need them most.
